HypnoBirthing

Group classes – $240, Private classes – $420

We’ve partnered with Bliss HypnoBirthing and Doula Services to bring you childbirth education classes that resonate with your goals.

HypnoBirthing is a method of self-hypnosis that trains you how to trust your body, relax and let birth happen. Your body was made to give birth – it’s a natural part of life. HypnoBirthing teaches you the information you need to have a comfortable birth, all while remaining completely aware and engaged in the labor and birth process.
HypnoBirthing is as much of a philosophy of birth as it is a technique. What you learn in HypnoBirthing techniques can be applied well into the 4th trimester and into other aspects of your day-to-day life.

Included

You will gain an understanding of how the birthing muscles work in perfect harmony just as they were designed to. Learn how to achieve this kind of relaxation, free of the resistance that fear creates, and how to use your natural birthing instincts for a calm, comfortable, and blissful birth.
